I just had to borrow a couple of picture for this post from these awesome girls! www.mojolifestyle.se Thank you! 🙂
First time ever I try Hot Mojo. I love yoga, but this was just out of controle. 🙂 38 Degrees Celsius, I was close to passing out and puke ceveral times. The class is Detoxing! How cool is that!?! Every Monday at 7 p.m you’ll see me at SATS Eriksberg. Try it if you get the chance. Don’t freak out, and remember to breath. 😉 You’ll feel awesome afterwords!
The blurry drink in my hand is coconut water! Really good choice after a sweaty, hot workout.
Flex, Heat and Sweat is kind of Rock’n’Roll! Horns up for Mojo everyone! ;p

And again, thanks to Sebbe for making me aware. 🙂 And thank you for reading and posting comments, that inspires me a lot! Thank you! ❤️
Next session Wednesday!
Bumped into Olof… Sebbe could sense that I was still very stiff in my back, so I spent one hour with “bolljäveln”, my new best friend, and the orange magic roller. I tell you more about it some other day. But it’s basically the best invention ever! You must try it. 20 minutes cardio, and then stretch. I feel already a lot better, but still some pain. In a good way.
Thank you Sebastian! 😀
Next session on Monday!
Quick fix can stay in Hollywood! Sebastian Noring at Sats Eriksberg in Gothenurg thinks long term. And I love it!
Because my goal is not to change how I look. I am pretty damn happy about the way I was created. But my goal is to feel healthy and strong. I want to be able to be the best performer I can be. And who am I if I’m in pain, if I get hurt or if I loose my strength? I honestly couldn’t forgive myself. It’s time to Take it Back!
So this is how the story begins. The story of me and my “life savior”, “the medication man” as I’d somehow like to call him. Or “Mr. Feel Good” could also be a fitting name for this human being. I sense that Sebbe is about to become my hero. And I sense that Sebastian already is one of Swedens Best personal Trainer.
So, we started the first day by finding the balance and mobility in my body. I can only say that all these years of touring, thousands of hours of sitting still in a bus, or a car, on a train, airplane, boat or a van, have made it’s mark.
I used to be very aware, but as my career grew, followed inner and outer stress, which led to lots of physical pain. I finally made my dedication, to take back what got lost… But I couldn’t do it without professional help.
I’m most impressed by Sebastian’s knowledge of the body. Apparently we have thousands of small points everywhere that needs stimulation. I learnt that today! So my job will be to stimulate these points to begin with, to get rid of the tension that is causing the stiffness and pain in me, before I will lift any weights, or run any long laps. I can’t wait to get to know more about my muscles, tendons and bones! Thank you Sebastian for an amazing start of this journey. 🙂
Next PT session on Thursday.

See you there! 😉
One of Finlands greatest photographers write on his Facebook page:
“Last summer we had our first photoshoot with Elize. It was in a lake at the backstage of Qstock festival just after Amaranthe had their show. We laughed alot and got some good shots. Elize was back in Finland so we got together and shot some more ✌For this shoot I used my Olympus E-M1 and 60mm. For lights I had a set of battery powered elinchrom flashes What do you think of this hot rocker chick?!? ✌ #elizeryd #amarante #larsjohnsonphotography #olympussuomi @hotelindigohelsinki #indigohelsinki #elinchrom @elizeryd @amarantheofficial @larsjohnsonphoto”
