Divided first place, with Smögen, is Hunnebo, where we have our summerhouse. I spend time here painting, eating, tanning and relaxing whenever I get the chance. <3 Miss!

RASKASTA JOULUA 2 -ALBUMILLE KULTAA

Marraskuussa 2014 julkaistu “Raskasta Joulua 2”-albumi on ylittänyt kultalevyrajan, eli 10 000 myytyä kappaletta. Levy sisältää edellisten julkaisujen tapaan raskaita sovituksia joululauluklassikoista hartaasta hilpeään, mutta myös ensimmäisenä RJ-levynä kokonaan uusia sävellyksiä osaksi kansallista kaanonia. Nöyrinä ja kiitollisina kumarramme levyn ostaneille ystävillemme, jotka ovat tehneet tämän mahdolliseksi: tästä on hyvä jatkaa kohti kymmenvuotiskiertueen huipennusta Helsingin Jäähallissa 18.12.! Tuhannet kiitokset!

31.10.2014 – Masquerade – Atlanta
Halloween, last show. Packed all my shit that was spread all over the bus. After that we tried to get into the ghost house across the venue, but they didn’t let us in. 🙁 The show was sweet!! Loved the support, and it was really nice to meet you guys after the show. Around twelve or bus left to the airport. We spent two days in an hotel before flying back to Sweden.
Extra thanks to Kadria of Inviolate for hanging out and taking me, Henrik and Andreas for dinner and shopping in Atlanta! =)

30.10.2014 – State Theater – St. Petersburg, Florida
As soon as I woke up I went on a date with Thomas Youngblood from Kamelot. He brought me and bought me a very nice lunch by the bay. Wish I had some photos to share with you guys but I don’t, well, it was very beautiful!!
My dear friend Casey Grillo from Kamelot came by to say hello during our soundcheck! Fantastic seeing you again!! 🙂 Unfortunately, at this point I was starting to feel sick, I was so tired I wasn’t able to sing. I thought I was over and done. But after some sleep, and as soon as I stepped on that stage and felt the energy from the audience I came back to life again. Thank you! 🙂 I loved meeting you guys!
After the show we (the band) decided to go and visit a bar near the venue. We did, and we had a fantastic time together! Me, Olof and Henrik found another cool club on the way home and decided to step in for one drink. One drink lead to 4 hours of water-pipe-smoking, 3 bottles of wine (Andreas and Morten came in later and joined us) we listened to Amaranthe, all three albums. We missed buss call at five. Someone told us it was 5.15, so it had already left when we got to the parking. But luckily the bus came back and picked us up. 🙂

29.10.2014 – Culture Room – Ft. Lauderdale, Florida
After arriving we did a quick photo session. I was extremely tired and didn’t feel like being at photos at all actually, but I had to, that’s life as an artist sometimes. After sounds check we went to the Beach, a friend took us. We met him outside the venue. He was so nice, I got a super cool Halloween gift. 😀 He wrote one of the most beautiful things on a piece of paper: “Thanks for helping me heal my soal”. Extremely beautiful. I will now take the opportunity to tell you in return: Thanks for helping me heal mine!
The audience was small, but still amazing. Thanks to everyone for coming! After show we received a cake and a bottle of Champagne from Spinefarm for hitting number one on the Billboard Heartbreak charge.
I love Florida, one of the places I’m considering moving to, since it’s not as expensive as New York. 😉
